Ultrasonic High-Performance Textile Coating System
Ultrasonic spraying is the process of uniformly spraying a thin film of nanosuspension or solution onto wide fabrics used in medical textiles, flooring, carpets, automotive or other industrial textile manufacturing applications, for the application of advanced high-performance textile coatings in the manufacturing process. Uniform thin film ultrasonic textile coating replaces inefficient immersion or rolling methods.
The large-area textile coatings applied by ultrasonic coating systems include waterproof and oil resistant coatings, antibacterial and anti fouling finishing. Textile finishing systems can significantly reduce the use of water, chemicals, and energy. The system aims to be fully integrated with existing production lines.

Benefits of ultrasonic textile coating system:
1. Transform the existing production line.
2. Accurate, reproducible, and controlled deposition coatings.
3. Very small atomized droplets with uniform particle size form a uniform nano layer film.
4. The unobstructed ultrasonic nozzle reduces maintenance downtime.
5. Significantly reduce the use of spraying materials, water, and energy (up to 80% reduction).
Unlike pressure spraying or immersion methods, soft atomization spraying with minimal rebound provides a very effective coating process.
7. Reduce the release of materials into the atmosphere, minimize overspray, and reduce or eliminate the environmental benefits of wastewater treatment.
Low moisture absorption spray finishing:
1. Reduce water volume by 50-60%.
2. Extensive chemical reduction.
3. Reduce the energy required for drying and curing.
4. Selective finishing of fabric front/back.
6. Wet finishing does not dilute the solution.
7. There are two continuous spray for wet to wet finishing, and the impregnated fabric must be dried first.
8. Two different finishes can be applied on each side (for example, one side absorbs water and the other side is splash proof).
FUNSONIC's ultrasonic nozzle system has replaced pressure nozzles in a wide range of industrial and R&D applications. Companies committed to achieving sustainable, environmentally responsible manufacturing practices and limiting unacceptable waste quantities have adopted ultrasonic spraying as a more precise, controllable, and environmentally friendly technology than other application methods.
