Drug Eluting Stent

 

In the preparation process of drug-eluting stents, ultrasonic spraying technology atomizes the drug solution into tiny droplets through the vibration of high-frequency sound waves, while accurately controlling the spraying amount and position of the drug, thereby achieving uniform distribution of the drug on the surface of the stent.

Balloon Catheter

 

The ultrasonic balloon spray system is developed for coating implantable medical balloon catheters and is designed to spray anti-restenosis solutions containing drugs + plasticizers onto catheters equipped with cardiac angioplasty or other drug-coated medical balloons.

The special fixture design allows spraying of the entire balloon catheter, with a maximum effective spray length of up to 280mm, and has functions of solvent doping, preheating, humidity control and drying. The special fixture in the system can be removed or replaced to coat other medical devices, such as peripheral stents.

Blood Collection Tubes

 

The probe type ultrasonic nozzle is specially developed by FUNSONIC for spraying the inner wall of blood collection tubes or syringes. By extending the front end design of the nozzle, the ultrasonic nozzle can be sprayed deep into narrow spaces, making it particularly suitable for spraying on the inner walls of pipelines. Typical applications include vacuum blood collection tube spraying, injector silicone oil spraying, etc., which can evenly apply coagulation activators and anticoagulants, including heparin EDTA, Silicon dioxide and glucose citrate. At the same time, the atomized spray can be isolated to the wall of the bottom coating area required by the BCT or syringe cylinder, instead of coating the entire tube.
