The ultrasonic flux spraying system solves most of the main problems of standard flux, such as spraying and pneumatic spraying, which can spray all flux without blockage, higher accuracy, faster throughput speed, and less overspray. The ultrasonic flux spraying system replaces inefficient spraying and foam flux, and improves the soldering process of special production lines, high mixed products and all products in between for wave soldering manufacturers.
