The 30 kHz ultrasonic thermoplastic resin sheet cutter is a portable cutting unit powered by ultrasonic technology. It mainly comprises a cutting head and an ultrasonic generator, and supports both handheld operation and mechanical mounting.

Operating at 30,000 vibrations per second (30 kHz) with a maximum output power of 100 W, this ultrasonic cutter easily slices resin, rubber, nonwoven fabrics and composite materials. The cutter housing is stainless steel. Its blade is made of wear‑resistant, inert high‑speed steel (HSS), with a thickness of 0.6 mm. It will not undergo permanent chemical reactions with the cut materials, and users can replace the blades on their own. High-frequency vibration lowers friction on the cutting surface, prolonging blade service life and cutting operating costs.
