Description:

FS310 Ultrasonic spray coating device is basically used in industries such as fuel cells, thin-film photovoltaic cells, thin-film photo voltaic coatings, perovskite photo voltaic cells, photo voltaic cells, graphene coatings, silicon photovoltaic cells, glass coatings, and digital circuits. The nozzle can be used for a number solutions, and can even atomize sewage, chemical liquids, and oil viscous liquids.

Ultrasonic spray coating technology is to combine the ultrasonic atomizing nozzle with low-pressure air (gas) to produce soft, exceedingly targeted small spray droplets. Guided air (gas) is generally brought into the diffusion chamber of the air cover surrounding the nozzle beneath 0.10Mpa, and a uniformly dispensed air and gas flow is generated round the nozzle rod. The spray generated by using the ultrasonic wave at the tip of the atomizing head is without delay entrained in the low-pressure airflow.
