Therefore, ultrasonic cutting does not require sharp cutting edges, does not require a lot of pressure, and will not cause edge breakage or damage to the material being cut. When the cutting blade vibrates with ultrasonic waves, the frictional resistance is particularly small. The high-frequency signal generated by the ultrasonic vibration system is transmitted to the ultrasonic transducer, converted into sound waves, and transmitted to the ultrasonic cutting edge through the amplitude lever, converting the sound wave energy into mechanical vibration energy to achieve the function of cutting vibration. By using the cutting edge of the cutting blade, the ultrasonic energy is concentrated and input to the cutting part of the material to be cut. Under the action of huge ultrasonic energy, this part instantly softens and melts, and its strength decreases. At this time, as long as a small cutting pressure is applied, the purpose of material cutting can be achieved.
