What is Ultrasonic Seamless Sewing?
Ultrasonic seamless stitching system is composed of a 35KHz ultrasonic transducer, a variable amplitude rod (fixed function), a disc-shaped welding head, and a dedicated CNC power supply. The ultrasonic numerical control power supply converts the mains power into 35KHz high-frequency high-voltage AC power and supplies it to the ultrasonic transducer. Ultrasonic transducers convert electrical energy into mechanical energy (ultrasonic waves). When the transducer undergoes longitudinal expansion and contraction motion, it generates amplitude, which is then transmitted to the disc-shaped welding head through a variable amplitude rod. So that the disc-shaped welding head can be welded, coupled with the frame, pressure wheel, and auxiliary structure and control components, it is a complete ultrasonic cutting sewing machine.
Ultrasonic seamless sewing technology for sewing and cutting fabrics is the latest technological achievement in the world. Fansuoneng Company closely follows the latest scientific research achievements abroad and develops the core of ultrasonic seamless sewing machine. This is the core component of the ultrasonic seamless sewing machine, which completely solves the inherent problem of the original ultrasonic longitudinal vibration technology, that is, the movement direction of the ultrasonic welding head is not consistent with the movement direction of the fabric. The accuracy of ultrasonic fabric sewing has been greatly improved, making it possible for ultrasonic technology to be widely applied in the field of clothing sewing. Ultrasonic seamless sewing has the characteristics of fast welding speed, high strength, beautiful weld seam, good sealing performance, low energy consumption, and easy operation, which is the development direction of sewing machines.
Traditional sewing machines stitch two pieces of fabric together using a needle driven thread. During the threading process, not only is the fabric punctured, but there is no bond between the fabrics, only a thin thread binds them together. This way, the fabric is easily torn and the thread is also prone to breakage. Thermoplastic fabrics can be sewn together by hot air welding without the need for needle or thread, but the welding temperature is difficult to control and the welding speed is slow.

Ultrasonic seamless sewing system can sew most thermoplastic fabrics. Compared with ordinary needle and thread sewing, ultrasonic sewing does not require needle and thread, has high sewing strength, good sealing, and fast sewing speed. And the ultrasonic seamless sewing system completely solves the problem of the inconsistency and asynchrony between the movement direction of the ultrasonic welding head and the movement direction of the fabric, which will largely replace ordinary sewing machines.
