Ultrasonic Analyzer 520A is jointly developed by the Automation department of China Tsinghua University and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It was widely used in the detection of piezoelectric ultrasonic devices and equipment of integrated solutions.

Operating instructions
1. Connect the instrument specific power supply to the left rear five core aviation plug, and then turn on the switch on the left side of the instrument.
After the system is started, enter "Chinese" or "English" to enter the corresponding operation interface.
3. Please connect the testing fixtures at both ends to the middle two BNC testing ends (if it is a ceramic specific fixture, it can be easily connected directly to all four BNC testing ends)
4. Set the "Start" frequency and "End" frequency, both in "KHz". Because it is a touch screen, pressing the input position will pop up the input keyboard.
5. Set the detection accuracy. There are a total of six levels depending on the required number of test points: Fast, Normal, Medium, High, Higher, Highest. If the Qm of the device is low, select the higher level; If the Qm of the device is high, choose the later gear. The lower the gear, the fewer measurement points and the shorter the time. The higher the gear, the more measurement points and the longer the time. Choosing a gear only requires ensuring that the admittance circle is roughly circular, which can save measurement time. The lowest Fast measurement point is approximately 200 points, and the highest Highest measurement point is approximately 2000 points. For example, in general, selecting the first gear Fast for reverse radar is sufficient, but for ultrasonic welding, the highest gear Highest needs to be selected. Press "Start" to start a measurement, and the progress bar displays the measurement progress during the measurement. If the measured "admittance circle curve" cannot form a complete circle, the "accuracy setting" should be increased by one level before measurement.
Displaying a complete admittance chart on the left side of the screen, with one trough and one peak on the right, is the correct test!
The only physical button on the instrument is also the "Start" function, located at the back of the instrument panel.
7. The three core aviation plug at the right rear of the instrument can be connected to an external start switch.
8. Click "Settings" to enter the instrument testing speed selection interface, which has three levels to choose from: 5ms/dot, 10ms/dot, and 20ms/dot. If 5ms/dot is selected, the duration of the Highest test is approximately 10 seconds.
