This vacuum adsorption platform pairs seamlessly with FUNSONIC ultrasonic spray coating systems, and is ideal for processing thin base materials, silicon wafers and metal foils during thin-film coating processes. It delivers superior substrate holding stability for these applications, enabling precise control over coating thickness and uniform film formation.

The adsorption heating stage supports programmable temperature adjustment, capable of heating workpieces between 150 ℃ and 600 ℃.

This vacuum adsorption heating platform is available in multiple material options, including aluminum alloy, titanium alloy and high-temperature stainless steel.

 

 

1. The heating table top features standard rectangular vacuum holes, alongside custom circular hole options. Both hole patterns and diameters can be fully tailored to meet specific customer application needs.

2. Two vacuum supply modes are available for flexible use. Users can opt for a built-in vacuum generator to create negative pressure, or utilize the reserved external interface to connect a customer-supplied vacuum pump.

3. Equipped with a premium digital temperature controller, the platform delivers precise temperature regulation. It boasts reliable safety performance and features a straightforward, intuitive interface for effortless operation.

4. Fitted with high-grade stainless steel electric heating coils, the equipment guarantees stable operation with minimal failure rates. The heating coil structure is designed for quick and hassle-free maintenance.

5. The equipment's inner cavity can be fully evacuated to form negative pressure. This enables all tiny suction holes on the table surface to firmly hold flat film workpieces in place during processing.
