 Description:

Model FSLAB01 is a single-syringe single-push precision ultrasonic syringe pump, the entry-level laboratory model from Fansonic. It is designed for lab-scale trials and micro-volume R&D, compatible with tabletop ultrasonic spray coating systems including FS150, FS310 and FS620. An optional built-in ultrasonic anti-sedimentation module for syringes is available. Featuring a streamlined structure, it delivers outstanding cost performance.

 

 

Working Principle of Built-in Ultrasonic Anti-Sedimentation Module for Custom Syringes (Exclusive Ultrasonic Function):

Targeting pain points including particle sedimentation, agglomeration and nozzle clogging of nano slurries and catalytic suspensions, this solution adopts a plunger-integrated piezoelectric ultrasonic dispersion design:

 

1. Energy Conversion

A disc-shaped piezoelectric transducer is embedded inside the syringe plunger. The ultrasonic drive board outputs high-frequency alternating current, and the piezoelectric ceramic converts electrical energy into micron-level high-frequency mechanical vibration at tens of thousands of hertz.

 

2. In-Barrel Cavitation Dispersion

Vibrations are directly transmitted to the suspension inside the barrel, generating persistent tiny cavitation bubbles within the liquid. The instantaneous collapse of bubbles releases shock waves and micro-vortices, which break up agglomerated particle clusters. A three-dimensional circulating flow field is continuously formed inside the barrel to prevent heavy particles from settling at the bottom.

 

3. Coordinated Program

Operation The ultrasonic system supports continuous or intermittent vibration modes and can be activated synchronously with mechanical dispensing. The solid content of the slurry remains uniform throughout the spraying process, eliminating uneven coating thickness and nozzle blockage caused by thin slurry at the early stage and concentrated slurry at the later stage.

 

4. Core Advantages

The ultrasonic components are built into the syringe without external stirring rods. This design does not occupy the fluid flow channel and avoids cross-contamination, making it perfectly compatible with micro-volume small syringes.
