Description:

Ultrasonic soldering treatment is the process of using ultrasonic waves to generate cavitation effects on liquid tin materials. Place the ultrasonic welding tool head in the tin bath. Firstly, use a heating coil to heat tin into a tin melt; Then turn on the ultrasonic wave, and the ultrasonic tool head performs high-frequency vibration in the tin bath; Then immerse the material to be welded into the tin bath (preferably placed at the front end of the ultrasonic tool head vibration) for tin welding; After completion, remove the welding material for cooling.
