 Description:

When the molten metal liquid passes through the atomization surface, it is broken into uniform micron sized droplets of fine mist, achieving atomization. After atomization, micrometer sized liquid droplets are thrown out of the atomization surface under the action of rotational centrifugal force and standing waves. They quickly solidify when cooled by air, forming micrometer sized metal solid particles. Collecting these particles is the required metal powder to be prepared.
