Activators and anticoagulants such as heparin, EDTA, silica particles, and acid‑citrate‑dextrose (ACD) are coated onto the inner walls of medical blood collection tubes and injection vessels to prevent blood coagulation and support subsequent diagnostic testing. A key challenge lies in achieving uniform coating of these reagents on tube inner surfaces, for which ultrasonic probe‑style atomizing nozzles provide a critical solution.

This ultrasonic probe‑type atomizing nozzle operates at 40 kHz and features an integrated air flow passage. It generates atomized droplets of approximately 28 μm in size, with a spray width ranging from 1 mm to 3 mm. This performance satisfies process requirements for coated area, film thickness and surface uniformity.
