Several Common Issues When Using Transducers
If problems such as chip cracking, weakness, easy overload, electrode sparking, electrode cracking, severe heating, strange noises, leakage waves, and chip misalignment are found during use, we believe that the reasons can be classified into three categories.
1. There are issues with the customer's drive power supply, mold, and assembly.
For such situations, we suggest that customers actively investigate the cause or communicate with our company's technical personnel to make improvements as soon as possible.
2. There is a problem with the transducer and amplitude rod. The likelihood of such a situation occurring is very low.
3. Both parties' products have no issues, but they do not match.
This type of situation is the most common, where the customer's drive power supply is good, the transducer is also good, and the assembly is normal, but the parts are not matched. The main parameters causing mismatch are the frequency and capacitance of the transducer.
