Ultrasonic Antibacterial Coating System for Bandages and Infection Protection

Ultrasonic Antibacterial Coating System for Bandages and Infection Protection 6

The ultrasonic medical spraying system has been used to apply various antibacterial or other medical bandage coatings to local wound care and dressings, as well as implantable wound dressings, hemostatic patches, and soft tissue repair devices, selectively spraying small areas and fine to wide fabrics. Apply coatings of clotting agents, antibiotics, antibiotics, and other drugs to local and implantable dressings and devices to help reduce rejection, inflammation, and infection, promote biocompatibility and rapid healing, alleviate pain or improve skin adhesion, and treat the site.

Bandages, surgical masks, wound dressings, hospital textiles, surgical gauze, and other medical patches can be sprayed onto a small number of surfaces with uniform solutions and suspensions using ultrasonic spraying technology. Antibacterial solutions commonly used for the application of uniform nano layers, including silver silane, silver nitrate, or other antibacterial solutions, can inhibit bacterial growth and provide excellent infection protection. The ultrasonic medical spraying system can effectively reduce the risk of hospital acquired infections.

Ultrasonic medical bandages and textile spraying can be sprayed using two types of ultrasonic nozzles: wide area and wide width (as shown in the following figure). Wide area and wide width nozzles can be applied to spray wide area substrates and mobile materials (such as medical fabrics) nets. The thickness and concentration of the coating can be easily controlled and adjusted to maximize durability and efficiency. Multiple nozzles can be used together to produce any desired width, and the coating on the entire roll is highly uniform.

The FUNSONIC ultrasonic spraying system used for medical bandage coatings is unique. The ultrasonic nozzle technology produces very small and uniform droplets, with a very tight distribution of droplets. Compared with pressure nozzles, the nozzle has a larger orifice and is unobstructed and pressure free. It can spray over a wide flow rate range and spray a highly uniform and very thin coating, saving spraying materials and improving the quality of medical coatings. At the same time, it improves patient safety through a more uniform antibacterial coating.

Other medical coating materials used with ultrasonic systems:

Colloidal silver, thrombin, steroids, titanium dioxide, acetaminophen, anesthetics, Omega-3 fatty acids, antimicrobial peptides and enzymes (lysozyme), NSAIDS (ibuprofen, naproxen), etc

Ultrasonic spraying is suitable for medical coating applications:

Gloves, surgical masks, bandages, wound dressings, medical textiles, surgical gauze, carpets, dust-proof fabrics, fireproof fabrics, waterproof fabrics, various other textiles and non-woven fabrics, etc

Advantages of medical bandage coating and textile ultrasonic spraying:

1. Highly uniform coating and precise material dosage allow for controlled delivery to the desired area, improving patient safety.

2. Compatible with solutions, suspensions, oil-based, solvent, and water-based formulations.

3. The finely tuned spray process allows uniform distribution and precise dosage to achieve effective drug delivery and treatment.

4. Flexibly control the width of products of various widths.

5. Low speed spraying is easy to control, minimizing the use of overspray and excess materials.

6. Can be configured for single or double-sided applications with upward or downward spraying function.

7. Wide flow rate capability.
