Why choose Ultrasonic Spraying? The Benefits of Ultrasonic Spraying

Spraying, as a surface treatment method, has been widely used in various industries. Although ultrasonic spraying machine is relatively expensive among all spraying machines, its economic benefits and excellent performance are incomparable to other spraying machines.

The first is to save materials. Ultrasonic spraying can maximize material savings, greatly reducing costs, especially for expensive liquid materials. Due to the fact that ultrasonic nozzles do not require air pressure assistance for atomization, the use of ultrasonic spraying can significantly reduce the splashing of liquid materials during the spraying process, achieving the goal of saving liquid materials. The utilization rate of liquid materials in ultrasonic spraying can even reach more than four times that of other spraying methods. The most representative ones are fuel cell spraying and solar cell spraying.

The second is precision and controllability. Some substrates require very high surface treatment, and some even need to reach the nanometer level. General spraying methods are completely inadequate. Ultrasonic spraying is a unique spray technology. Liquid coatings are first atomized into fine particles by ultrasonic atomization device, and then uniformly coated on the surface of the substrate by a certain amount of current carrying gas to form a coating or film. The coating film thickness can reach tens of nanometers, and it can also be precisely controlled by controlling the frequency, atomization flow rate, and spraying frequency. For example, the spray coating of balloon catheters and vascular stents, which are currently popular, has strict standards for the amount of drug liquid applied.

The third is high uniformity, and the uniformity of fine particles after ultrasonic spraying and atomization can reach over 95%, which cannot be achieved by other spraying methods. Moreover, the ultrasonic nozzle vibrates at a high frequency of tens of thousands of times per second during operation, making it non clogging and self-cleaning. For some solid particle suspensions, an ultrasonic dispersion system can also be configured to achieve online dispersion, stirring, and liquid supply, avoiding the aggregation and precipitation of the dispersion during the spraying process.

The fourth is special applications, and ultrasonic spraying can be competent for spraying work in some special fields. For example, in the medical industry, test tube spraying requires the formation of a thin and uniform coating on the inner wall of the test tube.

In short, the increasing use of ultrasonic spraying is not without reason. The price is relatively high, but it is worth it.
