Ultrasonic coating technology, combined with low-temperature heat treatment, provides a cost-effective option for packaging grade EMI (electromagnetic interference) shielding processes. In the manufacturing process of mobile devices, high-performance silver EMI shielding spray paint materials are applied to the fully automatic XYZ motion spraying system of ultrasonic spraying machines. Non condensable ultrasonic coating technology is a well-known functional and protective material for ultra-thin micro layer coatings. The ultrasonic vibration of the nozzle effectively disperses particles in the suspension and makes the dispersion of particles in the thin film layer very uniform, without causing conductive particles to settle in the suspension.

A silver containing polyester coating was prepared using ultrasonic spraying and package placement instead of splashing.
