Description:
Ultrasonic inner circle coating of indium is specifically designed for ITO/AZO ceramic rotating target tubes, metal liner tubes, and automated ultrasonic coating of inner walls of cylindrical substrates. It is the core equipment for reverse binding of rotating targets. Contrary to the outer circle coating with indium: the workpiece rotates and the ultrasonic rod of the extended elbow extends into the inner cavity of the pipe, evenly covering the inner pipe wall with an indium layer, solving the pain points of manual inner wall scraping, indium leakage, uneven thickness, and high loss of precious metals.

Operation Steps :
1. Clamp the two ends of the cylindrical workpiece between the rotating spindle and the tail tip, aligning them in a concentric manner;
2. Heat up the surrounding area to 165-185 ℃, and keep the overall temperature of the pipe wall constant;
3. The ultrasonic extension elbow rod extends into the inner cavity of the pipe, and the indium strip is placed in the welding head feeding groove to melt into liquid state;
4. The pipe rotates at a constant speed, and the ultrasonic rod slowly feeds along the axial direction of the pipe;
5. The elbow welding head is attached to the inner wall, and ultrasonic cavitation shatters the oxide film on the pipe wall, uniformly coating the entire inner circle with molten indium;
6. Single layer completion can be set with multiple layers of reciprocating thickening, and the ultrasonic rod can exit the inner cavity after coating is completed;
7. Cool down and inspect the thickness and integrity of the indium layer on the inner wall, as well as whether there are any bubbles or omissions during the cutting process.
