 Description:

 

Ultrasonic outer circle indium coating machine is specifically designed for automated ultrasonic indium coating on the outer wall of tubular rotating sputtering targets. It is mainly used for uniformly coating indium layers on the outer circle of aluminum tubes, stainless steel tubes, titanium tubes, and copper based rotating target substrates. In order to match the outer diameter of pipes of different sizes, the working surface of the ultrasonic outer circle indium coating equipment welding head will be customized into different curved R-angles. The hard alloy tool head made of titanium alloy material is used, which is wear-resistant and does not stick to indium, achieving continuous coating without leakage, indium accumulation, or bubbles.

1. The consistency of the circumferential thickness of the entire pipe is high
Rotation+axial cutting composite motion, with an indium layer thickness tolerance of ± 0.005mm, no thickness difference around the circumference, and no unilateral indium deficiency or bottom indium accumulation.
2. Surface metallurgy combined with no porosity
Ultrasonic cavitation continuously breaks down the oxide layer on the surface of the pipe, and indium is tightly bonded to the metal substrate. After the target is bound, high-temperature sputtering is not easy to separate and peel off.
3. No flux process, high cleanliness
No use of soldering flux, no acid or alkali residue, no need for cleaning process, meeting the requirements of high-end target materials for display and optical coating.
4. Significantly save high-purity indium
Compared with manual indium brushing and simple hot-dip indium, indium loss is reduced by more than 35%, and the cost advantage of producing precious metals in long tubes is obvious.
5. Suitable for thin-walled long pipes without deformation
Pulse ultrasound+zone low-temperature constant temperature heating, controllable heat, to avoid high-temperature bending of aluminum and stainless steel thin-walled pipes.
