The continuous extraction and infusion pump equipped with an ultrasonic dispersion system comprises a controller and an injection pump actuator. The controller is fitted with a 4.3-inch industrial-grade true-color LCD screen and imported physical operation buttons, enabling real-time adjustment of infusion flow rate during operation. The infusion pump actuator supports continuous pumping, liquid delivery and continuous dispensing, and is applicable to high-precision continuous infusion and extraction processes for various liquids.

 
1. Screw lubrication: Before initial use, apply lubricating oil to the screw to ensure stable and normal operation. To extend the service life of the screw, lubrication is recommended every 3 to 5 days. Thoroughly clean the screw before each oil application.​
2. Inspect the machine's operating status every time before startup. Put the equipment into formal operation only after confirmed normal running.​
3. Check the equipment for liquid leakage on a regular basis, and troubleshoot any potential faults in a timely manner.​
4. If liquid splashes on the equipment surface, power off the device immediately and unplug the power plug by gripping the plug body instead of the power cord. Check whether liquid has penetrated into the equipment interior. If internal liquid ingress occurs, contact the manufacturer for professional processing.​
5. When the equipment is adopted for electrospinning experiments, avoid electric discharge from the pump body near the high-voltage electrostatic nozzle, otherwise the equipment will be damaged.​
6. The foot switch and all external control plugs shall only be installed or removed under a power-off state to prevent burnout of the external control interface.​
7. The power socket used for the equipment must be equipped with a qualified ground wire and ensure reliable grounding performance.​
8. Cleaning and maintenance: Keep the equipment clean during and after operation. Wipe off liquid stains on the infusion pump surface with a soft damp cloth.​
9. Secure the syringe flange into the fixed groove of the syringe pump, and always keep the syringe clean during use.​
10. Regularly inspect all parts and fastening screws of the infusion pump to eliminate loose conditions.
