Description:

 

Graphene coating is a film of graphene-based composite material applied onto workpiece surfaces, with a thickness ranging from several micrometers to dozens of micrometers.


The high-precision ultrasonic graphene spray coater adopts ultrasonic transducers operating at a frequency band of 20–120 kHz to produce tens of thousands of vibrations each second. When the feed solution flows through the integrated ultrasonic atomizing nozzle, it breaks down into evenly distributed micron-scale droplets with adjustable diameters of 10–45 μm. Driven by high-velocity airflow, these droplets deposit uniformly on the surface of the target substrate to form the finished coating.

 

 

Concept of Graphene Coating :
