Device Description:

 

Ultrasonic anti-scratch, oil-repellent and anti-fingerprint atomized coating is an efficient, high-precision coating process. Prior to spraying, thorough cleaning of the glass substrate surface is required to improve coating adhesion. To guarantee reliable adhesion and long-term durability, select qualified wiping cloths for glass per actual application demands. During spraying operations, optimal coating performance can be achieved by tuning spraying speed, ultrasonic frequency and working pressure.

 

 

Precaution for Nozzle Cleaning :

 

1. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Gloves: Wear chemical-resistant gloves to prevent skin irritation and injury caused by cleaning agents and coating materials.

Goggles: Wear protective goggles to guard eyes against splashes of cleaning solutions and avoid ocular damage.

2. Ventilation Requirements
