Description:

 

This equipment adopts ultrasonic technology to atomize liquid coatings and apply them onto workpiece surfaces. High-frequency sound waves produced by the ultrasonic generator are delivered to the coating material via the nozzle, triggering localized vibration inside the coating. Such vibration breaks the coating into fine droplets rapidly and generates uniform atomized mist for spraying.


Atomized coating particles ejected from the system are evenly discharged through the nozzle. Operators can adjust nozzle structures and regulate airflow to modify spray trajectories and spray patterns. Benefiting from ultrasonic atomization, coating particles feature ultra-fine diameters (mostly less than 10 microns), which guarantees excellent uniformity of the finished coating. The atomized particles travel fast in the air before depositing on target surfaces. Thanks to the small, evenly sized particles, smooth and compact coating layers can be formed on workpiece surfaces after deposition. Post deposition, the coating generally needs curing via natural air-drying or thermal treatment to develop its final physical and chemical properties.
