 Description:

 

The ultrasonic air atomizing spray nozzle adopts a precision tapered flow channel design. This structure centrally converges and evenly distributes guide air, enabling focused liquid spraying and forming a concentrated, narrow spray coverage area. Featuring a controllable spray width ranging from 2mm to 20mm, this convergent ultrasonic atomizing nozzle is ideal for small and medium-scale spraying scenarios.​


This nozzle technology is widely applied in proton exchange membrane fuel cell manufacturing, specifically for fuel cell and membrane electrode spraying processes. Catalyst solutions such as platinum-carbon catalyst liquid are ultrasonically atomized and precisely sprayed onto proton exchange membranes, ultimately forming highly uniform membrane electrodes.
