Description:

 

Semiconductor glass protective film prepared via ultrasonic functional coating belongs to a class of high-performance advanced materials. It is primarily adopted to upgrade glass surface properties including abrasion resistance, anti-fouling capability and surface reflectivity.

Relying on ultrasonic oscillation action, this coating technology can deposit even, dense films onto base material surfaces. Apart from raising light transmittance and cutting surface reflectance to optimize optical viewing performance, the coated layer also boosts the glass's anti-scratch property. This effectively extends the product service cycle, meanwhile restraining dirt and fingerprint residue from sticking to the surface for simpler daily cleaning maintenance.

Precision Motion Module 

Imported servo motors are installed for the X, Y and Z three axes. The motion unit utilises a fully sealed linear screw assembly, delivering a repeat positioning accuracy of up to 0.01 mm.

Precautions :

 

 

1. Material Selection

Coating materials: Premium-grade resins and functional additives are selected for processing, which guarantees excellent wear resistance and stable adhesive performance of the finished coating layer.

Solvent matching: All adopted solvents must be fully compatible with the coating materials. This avoids common process defects and prevents coating delamination or failure during and after spraying.

 

2. Pre-treatment of Glass Surface

Surface cleanliness: The entire glass substrate surface needs thorough cleaning to eliminate dust, oil residue and all other contaminants. A impurity-free surface is the prerequisite for reliable coating adhesion.

Surface roughness treatment: Appropriate surface roughening treatment is implemented to enhance the bonding force between the substrate and coating, effectively preventing the coating from peeling off or falling off in subsequent use.

 

3. Ultrasonic Spraying Parameter Setting

Frequency and power adjustment: The frequency and output power of ultrasonic spraying equipment are fine-tuned according to actual working conditions, so as to achieve optimal spraying and film-forming results.

Spray angle and working distance: Strictly calibrate and control the spraying angle and nozzle-to-substrate distance to ensure uniform coverage and even distribution of the coating on the glass surface.

 

4. Drying and Curing Process

Temperature and time control: Drying and curing temperature as well as holding time are precisely controlled in line with process standards, ensuring full curing and stable performance of the coating film.

Pollution prevention: Isolation protection is required throughout the drying and curing stage to prevent external dust and pollutants from adhering to the uncured coating and affecting the finished quality.
