Device Description:
Ultrasonic AEM spraying is a high-precision, material-efficient spraying technique tailored for non-contact machining applications. Leveraging ultrasonic vibration, this technology atomizes liquid media into ultra-fine droplets, enabling coating thickness control down to the micrometer and even nanometer scale. This delivers exceptionally uniform and accurate coating results across all treated surfaces.
It works effectively with liquids of varying viscosities, covering high-viscosity formulations, volatile solutions, and heat-sensitive materials alike. The process adopts a non-contact working mode, where the spray nozzle never touches the substrate surface, eliminating the risk of substrate damage. This makes the technology well-suited for processing flexible, fragile, and irregularly shaped substrates with stable and reliable spraying performance.
