 Description:

 

40Khz Ultrasonic Wide Scattering Photoresist Coating on Semiconductor Chips Ultrasonic Nozzles is the photoresist coating on semiconductor chips, where the photoresist is sprayed onto the semiconductor chips. Due to the rotational scattering of mist emitted by the scattering type ultrasonic nozzle, a uniform photoresist film can be formed not only on the wafer plane, but also on the sidewalls and corners of the wafer microstructure. In addition, scattering ultrasonic nozzles can also be used for thin film solar cell coatings, calcium titanate solar cell coatings, AR transmission and reflection film coatings, insulation film coatings, superhydrophobic coating coatings, PCB flux coatings, and other applications.
In order to meet the requirements of large-area scattering spraying of ultrasonic waves on semiconductor chips, FUNSONIC has specially designed the scattering nozzle to achieve a wide spraying area, allowing the resist to be evenly coated on the chip and ensuring the accuracy of pattern transfer.

 Principle :

1. Liquid spray formation: the transducer is linked to the liquid spray system, typically a nozzle or liquid reservoir. When the transducer vibrates, it transfers vibration electricity to the liquid in the spraying system. This mechanical vibration acts on the liquid, producing severe liquid movement and shear forces. 

2. Liquid shear and atomization: The violent motion and shear pressure of the liquid purpose the formation of small droplets. These droplets are atomized in the spraying machine and shape spray. 

3. Spraying process: the generated spray can be directionally sprayed onto the goal surface via fabulous nozzles and spraying parameters. The dimension and distribution of spray particles can be managed by using adjusting the frequency, amplitude of ultrasonic vibration and spraying parameters.
