Ultrasonic electrochromic coating system spraying 5

Ultrasonic spraying equipment is used to deposit different layers of electrochromic devices, including transition metal oxides (including tungsten oxide, ammonium oxide, and other oxides) PMMA, Nanocrystals, TCO layers, and other chemical substances used in glass manufacturing and research and development. The development of chemical agents in this and other functional glass applications has driven the research and development of new processes that use ultrasonic spraying equipment to replace expensive and complex deposition techniques. As the energy-saving glass market continues to develop with new research and materials, FUNSONIC can assist manufacturers in developing new coating processes. When the production scale expands, FUNSONIC also provides a system for applying continuous electrochromic coatings of any width onto glass ribbon.

Ultrasonic spray does not use pressure to atomize the liquid, so that it can evenly spray nano color electrochromic paint materials on glass or other substrates without over spraying or dripping. Proprietary materials ensure the longevity of the nozzle, with repeatability and non snap on performance.

Advantages:

Ultrasonic atomization spray is different from the traditional atomization of breaking liquid into small particles through pressure and high-speed movement. Ultrasonic atomization is the use of high-frequency ultrasonic vibration energy to atomize liquids. Liquid can be transported to the nozzle through its own gravity or low-pressure pump, achieving continuous or intermittent spraying. The ultrasonic spraying system can replace the mechanical pressure spraying, and can accurately spray, which is more controllable and environmentally friendly. For industrial applications such as substrate coating, moisture retention, fine spray line, spray drying, the effect of ultrasonic spray is far superior to other technologies.

1. Revamp the existing production line.

2. Accurate, reproducible, and controllable deposition coating.

3. Very small atomized droplets with uniform particle size will form a uniform nano layer film.

4. Anti clogging ultrasonic nozzles reduce maintenance downtime.

5. Significant savings in spraying materials, water and energy usage (up to 80% reduction).

6. Unlike pressure spraying or immersion coating methods, soft atomization spraying with minimal rebound can provide

7. A very effective coating process.

8. Reducing the release of materials into the atmosphere, minimizing overspray, and reducing or eliminating wastewater treatment can bring benefits to the environment.
