Description:

 

The ultrasonic spraying system for automotive protective hard coatings is an advanced coating process widely applied to improve the durability and scratch resistance of vehicle exterior surfaces. In operation, ultrasonic vibration atomizes coating materials into fine mist droplets, which are then uniformly deposited on automotive surfaces under carrier gas guidance. This working principle effectively boosts coating adhesion and film uniformity.

 

When ultrasonic spraying is adopted for automotive protective hard coating construction, mainstream coating formulations include polyurethane, epoxy resin and other high-performance materials. These materials can remarkably improve the finished coating's wear resistance, chemical resistance and ultraviolet aging resistance.

 

 

Process Steps :

 

1. Surface preparation
Clean and polish vehicle surfaces to remove dirt and oxide films, which guarantees reliable coating adhesion.
2. Equipment parameter configuration
Adjust the operating frequency and spraying pressure of the ultrasonic spraying system to match different coating varieties and workpiece surface states.
3. Spraying operation
Coatings are applied evenly through ultrasonic nozzles. Multiple spray passes are usually needed to reach the target film thickness and expected performance.
4. Curing and drying
Freshly sprayed coatings require subsequent curing. Operators may choose ambient natural drying or thermal curing to shorten the curing cycle.
