Multiple nozzle designs are available for deep‑BCT spraying of silica slurry using ultrasonic long nozzles. Customization is supported based on the BCT or syringe barrel diameter and length. One typical use case is silica coating for accelerated coagulation: silica slurry is atomized by the ultrasonic nozzle and deposited onto the inner pipe wall to form a uniform thin film of silica particles.

For deep‑BCT spraying with ultrasonic long nozzles and silica slurry, high‑frequency ultrasonic vibration at the nozzle breaks up silica agglomerates, delivering evenly distributed coatings on pipe inner walls.
