Ultrasonic tin coating machine (immersion welding equipment)

Ultrasonic Metal Atomizer 3

The ultrasonic tin coating machine (immersion type) provides an environmentally friendly welding solution without the use of flux, and fundamentally avoids various problems of conventional flux welding, thereby providing stable and reliable welding.

Introduce:

When large-scale coating is required, immersion welding is undoubtedly an ideal choice. On the one hand, ultrasonic immersion welding equipment transfers heat into the solder tank by heating the working head of the equipment, causing the solder to melt and form a liquid state. On the other hand, the high-frequency vibration energy of ultrasound enters the liquid solder, which will cause cavitation on the surface of the welded part to be welded, directly causing the oxide film on its surface to fall off, providing a perfect surface for welding and achieving the goal of not falling off during welding without the use of flux.

Principle:

Ultrasonic immersion welding is a process that utilizes the cavitation effect generated by ultrasonic waves in molten tin to remove the oxide layer on the metal surface immersed in the tin liquid, which is then carried away by the sound wave flow, making the tin liquid adhere more firmly and evenly to the clean metal surface.

Advantage:

1. Green and environmentally friendly soldering tin (indium) solution

a. It will not emit any harmful chemicals to the environment and human body, and does not require flux and flux cleaning process.

b. When soldering tin (indium), no flux is used, which does not produce harmful gas emissions or industrial wastewater, and there is no water pollution or air pollution.

2. Realize perfect soldering (indium)

a. When soldering indium, the use of flux will generate small bubbles inside the solder, which can lead to quality issues such as cracks over time. However, ultrasonic soldering indium, due to the absence of flux, allows the solder to penetrate very small gaps with vibration energy, and there will be no small bubbles inside the solder, achieving perfect soldering (sealing).

b. Welding without flux will not result in defects in the welded joint due to strong corrosion of the flux.

C. By using ultrasonic vibration to allow solder to penetrate into small gaps, the welded joint is firm and reliable.

3. Save production costs and improve production efficiency

a. Using aluminum wire instead of expensive copper wire can greatly save costs (saving 80%).

b. By not using flux for welding, there is no need for pre-treatment or flux related processes, which can save equipment and production costs, simplify the soldering process, and improve production efficiency.

4. Support the development of new materials and products

a. It can successfully weld difficult to weld materials such as glass, ceramics, and aluminum non-metallic materials that cannot be welded by traditional welding methods, which is helpful for the development of new materials.

b. Suitable for solar cell glass, semiconductor, ceramic heaters, facilitating welding of dual materials (aluminum copper, copper glass, aluminum glass, aluminum ceramic), which helps in the development of new products.

matters needing attention

The surface cleanliness of welded parts has a significant impact on welding performance. It is recommended to clean the welding surface with acetone before welding to achieve better welding results.
