Description:

Ultrasonic spraying for photovoltaic cells represents an innovative process designed to deposit photovoltaic functional coatings evenly onto solar cell substrates. The technology relies on the atomization produced by high-frequency ultrasonic vibration, which breaks coating liquids into ultra-fine, highly consistent droplets. This superior coating uniformity effectively boosts the photoelectric conversion efficiency of finished photovoltaic cells.

Its core application scenarios cover three major fields:

  • Mass manufacturing of crystalline silicon and other types of solar cells;
  • Surface coating and functional modification for electronic components;
  • General protective coating processes including anticorrosion and waterproof treatment.

Advantages :

1. Uniform Coating Formation
Ultrasonic spraying delivers highly consistent and even coating layers, enabling uniform distribution of photosensitive materials on photovoltaic cell surfaces. This uniform coating structure minimizes unwanted light reflection and scattering, while effectively boosting the light absorption capacity of the cells.

2. Ultra-Fine Atomized Particles
Ultrasonic vibration atomizes coating materials into tiny, uniform micro-particles. These fine particles can fully cover intricate and complex surface structures of photovoltaic cells, expand the effective coating contact area, and significantly improve the light harvesting performance of photovoltaic devices.

3. Enhanced Coating Adhesion
This spraying technology optimizes the bonding force between the functional coating and the cell substrate. It greatly reduces the risk of coating peeling, delamination and operational failure, maintains the structural stability and durability of the photosensitive layer, and ensures stable photoelectric conversion efficiency in long-term service.

4. Reduced Material Waste
Ultrasonic spraying features high material utilization efficiency and substantially cuts down coating material waste. This not only lowers overall production and operating costs, but also makes full use of high-quality photosensitive materials to achieve superior photoelectric conversion performance.

5. Optimized Optical Performance
By adjusting core process parameters including ultrasonic frequency and spraying angle, the optical characteristics of the coating can be precisely optimized. The targeted tuning of transmittance and reflectivity further improves the utilization rate of incident light and elevates the overall photoelectric conversion efficiency.

6. Feasible Multi-Layer Coating
Ultrasonic spraying technology supports flexible and accurate multi-layer coating fabrication. It can sequentially deposit functional films such as anti-reflection layers and photosensitive layers on photovoltaic cell surfaces, which comprehensively optimizes the structural design and overall working performance of photovoltaic cells.
