Description:
The 60 kHz ultrasonic spraying of carbon-based catalyst ink is primarily applied to electrolyte membranes for hydrogen production. FUNSONIC offers a mature production process tailored for anode coating on PEM electrolyzer plates. This process addresses the high manufacturing and raw material costs associated with conventionally adopted titanium, titanium-clad stainless steel and bipolar plates used in electrolytic cells.
